Autobees respects your right to have your personal data removed from our systems. This page explains what data we hold, who can request deletion, and exactly how to submit a deletion request.
We honour deletion requests from both shop owners who have connected their Instagram account to Autobees, and customers whose conversation data was processed by our AI agent.
Depending on how you interacted with Autobees, we may hold the following data about you:
To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:
Email lawalgoodness01@gmail.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Tell us your Instagram handle or the Instagram account that was connected to Autobees. If you are a customer, the name of the shop you messaged is helpful too.
We acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 14. You'll get an email when it's done.
You can also revoke Autobees' access to your Instagram account at any time by going to Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Autobees from the list. This stops new data from being collected immediately. Existing data is retained until you submit a deletion request.
Once your deletion request is processed:
We do not retain backups of deleted user data beyond our standard 30-day backup rotation window, after which all copies are gone.
