Autobees provides an AI-powered assistant that connects to Instagram business accounts via the Meta Messenger API. The service automates responses to customer direct messages, assists customers in discovering products, and facilitates order collection on behalf of connected shop owners.
The platform is offered to shop owners ("Businesses") who register and connect their Instagram account. Customers who message a connected Instagram account interact with the Autobees AI agent.

Autobees uses large language model (LLM) technology to generate customer-facing messages on behalf of connected businesses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate.
Shop owners are responsible for reviewing their AI agent's behaviour and ensuring it accurately represents their business. Autobees is not liable for losses arising from AI-generated responses that are inaccurate or misleading.
Autobees facilitates order collection by gathering customer details on behalf of the connected business. Autobees does not process payments directly — all payment instructions are provided by the business owner and Autobees bears no responsibility for payment disputes, refunds, or failed transactions.
Shop owners are solely responsible for fulfilling orders and handling all financial transactions with their customers.
All content, design, code, and features of the Autobees platform are the intellectual property of Autobees and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.
You retain all rights to your own product data, images, and business content uploaded to the platform. By using Autobees, you grant us a limited licence to use this content solely to provide the service.
Autobees is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autobees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Autobees after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
